Bob has spent the last 28 years selling in the small business marketplace . Bob spent 15 years at executive sales and marketing positions at MCI managing field sales, affinity marketing , and alternate distribution channels and at Frontier Telecommunications as the CMO and was also responsible to for strategic sales partnerships. In 1998 Bob started Small Business Resources, a premier Content, Sales & Marketing company supporting 65 of the top 200 Financial Institutions.
Don Barbacovi, Ph.D

Dr. Barbacovi began his career in prepaid by founding a company, CashDisc, that was sold to a LasVegas based marketing company focused on personal lending. He headed business development for eCommLink, a prepaid processing company for two years before serving as the CEO of mFunds Global Payment Solutions and PayCardUSA, a full service, B to B, Payment Solutions Company for ten years. He has nearly 20 years of experience in prepaid card program management and operations.
He is a well-known product innovator in the prepaid space and under his leadership, prepaid card management companies have been able to design a myriad unique of prepaid methodologies. Dr. Barbacovi holds a PhD in Statistics and is very knowledgeable in the operations of loyalty Internet Malls. mFunds is the debit card program manager for Loyalty Superstores's MUST Discover Card.
Eugene H. Berns
President of Housing Marketing Team
Eugene Berns is a well-known Marketing Consultant specializing in customer motivation. He served 23 years as Vice-President of Sales and Marketing, and a Member of the Board of Directors, for one of Florida's largest, American Stock Exchange, community builders. Mr. Berns has an extensive background in sales and marketing, and is responsible for over $4 billion of sales. He has acted as consultant to various marketing and advertising agencies assisting in planning relating to consumer demographics and motivation.
Additionally, he held many leadership positions in the shelter industry including President of Gold Coast Builders Association and was elected to their Hall of Fame. He served on the Board of the National Association of Home Builders and the Board of the Florida Home Builders Association and is a member of the prestigious Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM).

Brent is the Co-Founder of Merchant First which provides consulting and private label payment processing services for Banks, ISOs, merchants and multinational companies. He is also the Founder of InstantAccept.com which enables merchants with the ability to accept and process payments from within QuickBooks Basic, Pro, Enterprise and QuickBooks Retail POS, as well as having designed a unique proprietary networked QuickBooks Point of Sale solution that works on any computer networked to QBS.
He is also the Founder of ChargeBack Alerts, a Chargeback payment fraud system and the Co-Founder of PrismPay Gateway in the U.S. and IndiaPay Gateway in Asia the second largest TPP and Gateway transaction processing company in India, focused on providing credit card, ECS, NEFT, and RTGS payments for the Banking, Utility and Insurance industries in South and Southeast Asia.
Prior to his current positions, he served as COO and Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Financial Services for Innuity, Inc. where he developed strategic partnerships with fortune 500 companies to provide private label payment and payment gateway solutions, and stored value debit card issuing programs. Brent also served as Senior Vice President of U.S. Corporate Strategy and Outside Sale for Moneris Solutions where he worked on strategic portfolio acquisitions, ISO Sales and Telesales. He was also previously the Director of Marketing and Director of Corporate Strategy for Chase Merchant Services, the acquiring division of J.P. Morgan Chase. There he created and implemented turnkey merchant account programs for channels and ISOs including Intuit QuickBooks, Peachtree Software, Pitney Bowes and other strategic channel partnerships, whereby his program generated over 35,000 merchants for CMS.

Is a 30+-year business lawyer who began focusing his practice on technology over 25 years ago. Mark is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, the highest level attainable, and was a member of the Florida Bars Computer Law Committee. He was chosen by his peers to appear in the last several editions of The Best Lawyers in America and is also among the 5% of all lawyers chosen to be a 2014 New York Metro Super Lawyer.
Mark has written over 250 articles for publication and he authored the book Technology Law - What Every Business (and Business-Minded Person) Needs to Know. Mark started his career as a business lawyer gaining experience as a negotiator, but then began to focus his practice on technology.
Currently, Marks principal focus is assisting Fortune 500 companies with their enterprise information technology deal negotiations. In 1998, Mark was one of three co-founders of the software company Eisenworld, Inc., which Microsoft acquired in 2006. Microsoft incorporated Eisenworlds PC Relocator software into Microsofts Windows operating systems.
Bruce Hollander, is a retired Member of the Board of Medianet Group Technologies (MEDG), Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of BioLok International. Mr. Hollander has been President and Chief Executive Officer of BioLok since 1996, and Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1998. Mr. Hollander was sole owner of Lion Wines and Spirits, a Florida beverage distributor from 1991 to 1995, and President of B.L. Hollander & Associates, a business consultant to a number of companies, including Kohlberg, Kravis, Roberts & Co., from 1982 to 1984. Prior to 1982, he was an executive with Income International, Rockwell International and General Electric. Mr. Hollander received a BSIE from the Pratt Institute, a MSEM from Union College (GE -Co-op.) and is an APICS certified fellow.

Mr. Kallan has been a business developer and leader for more than 30 years, involved in the organization and management of public and private companies in America, Europe, and Asia. He has founded, directed and managed public companies that owned and operated international schools, developed approximately 4,000 homes in China, and developed proprietary food and plant technology. Previously, he was the Chairman and principal shareholder of a major wristwatch company, selling to Wal-Mart, Target, QVC, and Home Shopping Network.
Formerly, Mr. Kallan served in senior positions at three of the worlds largest advertising agencies, managing advertising for Carnegie Hall, MGM, Deutsche Grammophon, Bristol-Myers, Philips, Magnavox, JVC, AT&T, as well as the award-winning Keep America Beautiful campaign. In addition, Mr. Kallan founded and operated companies that provided diagnostics and treatments for several important health conditions in America.
Harvey has an extensive background in retail channels and served as Vice President in Operations for a supermarket organization and was responsible for sales in excess of $90M
annually, with full P&L responsibility, and 1,400 employees reporting to him.
For twenty-five years Harvey owned and operated a successful real estate portfolio of investment properties.

Dan has served as a senior manager in both marketing and operations positions. Previously, he was director of operations for the Institute of Advanced Medicine, Inc., an organization offering and delivering health care products and protocols, combining Internet activities with a national network of physicians and medical professionals.

Justin has been with Loyalty Superstore since inception, and leads the team responsible for the management and growth of the Company’s Affiliate Partners. Previously, Justin was the director of product development at Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing where he was instrumental in bringing to market key products and services for the company.
Scott has over 25 years of technology and programming experience. Prior to Loyalty Superstore, he held key management roles for eDiets, supporting the formation and eventual launch of the company’s public filing on the NASQ. Scott has extensive experience with systems & database administration, project management and back & front end web programming.

Tatyana has over 10 years of administrative and human resource experience. She has been with Loyalty Superstore since inception, and manages human resources, facilities, risk management, and the executive administration functions.

Mike has over 15 years of translating software requirements into workable programming code, as well as maintaining and developing programs for use in business. His specialties include working in technologies such as mobile phone applications, website and server administration, coding software, graphics, and office management suites.

Adam is a strategic multidisciplinary designer with an eye for innovation and perfection; having a vast skillset, with close to two decades of experience, his expertise revolves in the worlds of interactive design, UX & UI, brand identity design, content creation and print collateral.

Sergio has been a graphic designer and art director for over 23 years. A strategic, innovative, out-of-box-thinker (his time as an intergalactic bounty-hunter notwithstanding), he brings experience with branding, online national marketing, as well as a love for great design.
